第一课时
教学内容:Story time
一、教学目标:
1、能听懂、会说、会读单词:nine, eight, four, five, six, seven, ten
2、 能听懂、会说、会读句子:How old are you ?及其回答I’m ···.
3、能在情景中正确的使用How lovely ! Here you are.
4、根据年龄段表达自己喜欢的玩具。
二、教学重难点:
能听懂、会说、会读单词:nine, eight, four, five, six, seven, ten

三、教学过程:
Step 1 Warming up
1. Greetings
T: Class begins.
S: Stand up.
T: Good morning, class.
Ss: Good morning, Miss Yang.
2. Free talk
T: Would you like ···? S: Yes, please. / No, thank you.
T: Hello, XXX. Look at my coat. S: How nice!
T: Thank you . What colour is it ? S: It’s ···
T: Hello , XXX. What’s this ? S: It’s a ···
T: Is this your ···? S: Yes, it is.
T: How lovely!
Teach: lovely -----How lovely!
3. Sing a song
T: Next, let’s sing a lovely song “ Ten little Indian boys ” OK?
Ss: OK.
Step 2 Presentation
1. T: How many Indian boys are there in the song?
Ss: Ten.
T: Yes. There are ten boys in the song.
Teach: ten
T: Now can you count from one to ten ?
Ss: (count) “ one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.”
T拿着数字卡片: You can read the number after me. (做手势)
读一个拼读一个数字(1-3除外) 学生跟读单词。
T: Look at these numbers, can you spell them by yourselves ? Then let’s have a match. Who can spell the word best ? OK?
Ss: OK
Ss 自己拼读数字单词。
学生回答:n-i-n-e
T: How wonderful! This is for you. Here you are.(给礼物小卡片)

2. T: You are so great. Now look at the Indian boy again. What do you want to say to him? You can also ask him some questions.
Ss自由发挥(他叫什么名字?/ ···/ 他几岁了?)
如问到name: Lovely boy/ girl, look, what’s his name?
Ss: Bob.
如问到age: Wonderful boy/ girl, listen, how old is he?
录音: I’m ten .
(如果学生问不出,就自己说I have a new question, listen, how old are you(对着屏幕问) , Bob? 引出I’m ten.)
T: So Bob is ···
Ss read “ I’m ten.”
T: Bob is ten. What about you ? How old are you ?
S: I’m ten.
T: Oh, I see.

Ss 开火车——齐读
T: Today we’ll learn a new lesson Unit 5 How old are you?
Ss 读题
T: How old are you ? Ss: I’m nine.
T: Hello, XX. S: Hello, Miss Yang.
T: How old are you ? S: I’m nine/ ten. How old are you ?
T: Shh. It’s a secret. You can ask your partner” How old are you?”
S1: How old are you ? S2: I’m nine/ ten.
T: OK, now you can work in pairs like this .
Ss work in pairs.
T: Boys and girls, do you have a good memory, let’s checkout , OK?
T: How old is XXX? / Is he nine ?
Step3 Consolidation
1. T: Boys and girls , from the dialogue we know XX is nine , XX is ten. Do you know how old are they? Look at the picture, who are they ?
Ss: Mike, Helen, Tim. (黑板贴人物)
T: Do you know how old are they ? S: No.
T: Let’s guess, OK? Ss: OK.
S: Is he nine/ ····? T: Maybe.
T: Now let’s watch the cartoon and find the answer “ How old is Mike/ Helen/ Tim ?” , OK?
T: Mike is ···. S: Nine.
Helen is ···. Eight
Tim is ···. Two ( 将相应的数字贴到黑板上)
2. T: We know Mike is nine, Helen is eight, Tim is two. But do you know where are they ? Let’s watch the cartoon again , then answer these questions ,OK?
Ss watch and answer.

由Q1 引出 toy museum 玩具博物馆 (Ss read)

3. T: Boys and girls , there are many toys in the toy museum, do you know which toy is for Mike, which is for Helen, which is for Tim ? Now let’s read after the tape, and do the match , OK? Ss: OK.
学生上台将三个玩具分别贴到相应的人物旁。
Ss: This dog is for Helen. / This robot is for Mike./ This panda is for Tim.( 学生练说This ···is for ···)
4.T: Boys and girls , you know the dog is for Helen, the robot is for Mike, the panda is for Tim. Now this time you can read the dialogue by yourselves. And then finish the exercise, OK?
One day, Mike, Helen and Tim are in the toy museum. Mike is ______, this______ is for Mike. ______ is eight, the _____ is for her (她). Tim is only (只有)_____, the panda(熊猫) is for _____. They are very happy.
学生做完填空后,让他们看黑板练说句子。
T: OK, boys and girls. Look at the blackboard, and look at these cards, can you make a sentence like this? For example, Tim is two. This panda is for Tim. Like this, who can try ?
S1: Mike is nine. This robot is for Mike. T: How clever!
S2: Helen is eight. This robot is for Helen. How pretty!
5. Boys and girls , after reading the dialogue, do you have any questions about this story ? Oh, I have a question. Why is the robot for Mike, not for Tim? Why is the panda for Tim, not for Helen. Now let’s read the dialogue together, then help me to solve the problem, OK?

T: OK, now, can you tell me the reason? You can look at the picture carefully.
Ss中文回答。
T: Yes. You are a clever boy/ girl. Because the robot and the dog are for the children of the ages from 6-10, Mike is nine, and Helen is eight. So the robot and the dog are for them. But the panda is just for the children of the ages from 2-5, Tim is only two, so he gets the panda. Now you are clear, yes or no?

教材解读
本节课讲述了Mike、Helen 、Tim和他们的爸爸一起去参观玩具博物馆的故事。在博物馆里,工作人员询问了孩子们各自的年龄,并根据不同的年龄送给他们相应的玩具。本板块的情境要求指导学生明白句型的功能意念以及在何种场合问年龄,引导学生知道不同年龄的孩子应该玩何种适合的玩具。正确使用句型询问别人年龄并对于别人赠与的礼物说谢谢。.
上课教师反思
为了更好地实现教学目标,有效地突出重点、突破难点,我在教学中采取了合作式的教学方法。通过比赛、游戏等活动充分调动学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,极大地激发他们学习英语的兴趣,让学生在实际交际运用中,主动地获取知识、发展能力,从而提高学生的听、说、读、写水平和自主学习意识。
研讨交流
戴京晶:在warm up部分可以设计让学生唱英文歌、看表演,通过这种方式来创造和谐轻松的学习氛围、集中学生的注意力,同时又巩固了旧知识。
吴程程:学生对英语学习的积极性在很大程度上是由兴趣决定的。所以我们可以采用各种教学手段来激发学生的兴趣,从而为课堂的有效打开胜利之门。在本堂课的教学中,我可以根据学生的心理特点、接受能力及教学内容采用灵活多样的教学方法,来激发学生心中兴趣。
谭耀芳:本课时的教学中我们还可以根据知识掌握的重点,设计一个数字头脑风暴以及Quick mind将活动与本堂课中所有的重要知识融汇其中,增强教学的直观性和趣味性,以有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,加深对所学单词与句型的理解。
