一、活动实录:

2019117日,我校进行了第次厚德组教研活动。此次由戴京晶老师执教,教授六年级的Unit5 Our new home。我校每位英语老师都积极参加听课,课后老师们讨论激烈,活动开展的很顺利。

二、教师教案:

4A Unit5 Our new home (Story time)

Step1 Warm up& Lead in

T: Good morning, class.

Ss: Good morning, Miss Li.

T: Lets enjoy a song: Wheres the bird?

T: Wheres the bird? Where are her friends?

Ss: Theyre in the tree.

T: Look, the birds are fly ing away, where are they now? Theyre at Su Hai and Su Yangs new home. (teach home) Do you want to visit their new home?

Ss: Yes.

Step2 Presentation

1. T: If you want to visit their home, you should finish the tasks.

Task 1 Happy words

T: When you see the words and sentences, you should read loudly, when you see the gesture, you should say Yeah.

Task 2 Good memory

T: You did a good job, we have finished task 1, lets move to task2, please remember the things in 10 seconds.

2. T: You are so great, now you can visit their new home. Lets go!

T: Look, this is bedroom, (teach the new word) , lets make phrases.

kitchen

T: Lets look at next room, its kitchen, (teach the new word), lets make phrases.

T: Whats in the kitchen?  (teach fridge)

T: Look, wheres the dog?

Ss: Its in the kitchen.

living room

T: Now, here is the living room, its big.( teach the new word) What can you see in the living room?

S: Sofa, table and clock. (teach the new word)

bathroom

T: Now we are in the bathroom.( teach the new word)

3. T: Su Hai and Su Yang are worried, they are looking for some thing, what are they looking for? Lets watch the cartoon and tick.

The Ss watch and tick.

T: Did they find out the things at last?

Ss: Yes.

4.T: Please read the text by yourselves, find out the questions and answers when theyre looking for.

Step3 Practice

Reading time

1.T: Its your reading time. Lets read after the tape, try to imitate the pronunciation.

2.T: Lets read in different ways. You can choose the reading ways you like.

3.The Ss show the dialogues.

T: Here are some exercise about the story time, can you fill in the blanks.

S: Answer the questions.

T: Look at the red circle, can you find out the rules.

Step4 Consolidation

1. Visit Mikes home

T: Mike is our friend, today he invites us to his new home. Now lets talk about the rooms. You can choose one room, talk about it with you partner.

2.T: Is Mikes home clean?

S: No.

T: His home is in a mess, its not good, he should keep the room clean, and so do we, we should keep our home clean tidy.

3.T: Here is an exercise for you, look at the pictures and fill in the blanks.

Step5 Homework

1.Read and recite the story time.

2.Copy the new words 4 times in your exercise book.

3.Clean up your bedroom by yourselves, take a picture and share us if it is possible.
